ADF2 Impact Evaluation Project

Client: IDinsight

Project Period: 2025

Project Summary

Under an evaluation of the ADF2 Project, Qualiquant conducted computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) with farmers registered in the project database, covering both beneficiary (treatment) farmers supported by Mercy Corps’ partner organizations and a comparison group of non-beneficiary farmers sampled from an existing farmer registry.

A total of 3,000 farmers were successfully contacted and interviewed via phone surveys. Data collection was managed using the SurveyCTO platform, with rigorous quality assurance protocols including enumerator training, real-time data monitoring, logic checks, call-back validations, and daily review of submissions. Data from treatment and control groups were systematically compared to assess program impact across key agricultural and livelihood outcomes, ensuring robust and reliable evidence to inform program decision-making.
