Project Summary

Qualiquant implemented the mobile banking qualitative survey for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Kaduna Northern, Nigeria. The project is aimed at maximizing benefits of digital inclusion, expansion of use alongside sufficient consumer protection policies. Qualitative methodology of data collection was adopted using semi-structured guides with bank branch managers, mobile banking agents, supervisors and bank agent customers who regularly use DFs agents.All interviews will be conducted in English and Hausa. This project was implemented in Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria.
