Qualiquant was contracted to conduct a research to determine the value proposition of the VALUE4HERConnect platform for current and potential target members. We explored the factors that contribute to choice, uptake, and use of digital resource platforms through three main activities; product demos, UX testing and qualitative interviews.

VALUE4HER is an AGRA’s initiative aimed at strengthening women’s agribusiness enterprises and enhancing voice and advocacy across Africa The initiative aims to increase the performance of women entrepreneurs. The study adopted a Qualitative method approach by conducting 60 in-depth interviews with both Members(Users) and non-members (Non-users) ofValue4HerConnect App. Product demonstration was conducted with 15 participants (7/8 split for members and non-members) Face to face , UI/UX testing was conducted with 15 participants (10/5 split for members and non members) face to face and In Depth interview was also conducted virtually with 30 participants in Nigeria which comprised of 15 current members and 15 non-members of Value4HerConnect App.
